Magic Mill – DeLonghi Electric Pasta Maker with 8 Changing Blades

A great choice for an electric pasta machine is the Magic Mill – DeLonghi Electric Pasta Maker. With this pasta machine, you can have homemade pasta ready in less than half an hour. Homemade is always better, and it’s so much healthier because we control the ingredients. The machine comes with 8 different discs so that you can make pasta in 8 different sizes or varieties. Included in the box are the Fettuccine die, biscuit die, Spaghetti die, Tagliatelle die, Lasagna die, Macaroni die, Linguine die, Ravioli attachment. Accessories are included: 2 measuring cups, pasta cutter, locking key, and cleaning brush. Comes with instruction manual, quick-start guide and recipe book. The recipe book has 10 different pasta and noodle recipes. I can also make cookies with the machine.

I’ve always wanted a pasta machine, and now I have a fabulous one. I’m still learning how to make the various types of pasta and noodles, but it’s so easy to use. You will end up with perfect pasta with this machine. The taste of homemade pasta is good, and it’s quick cooking compared to boxed pasta. If you make too much pasta, just freeze it. It can be frozen up to one month. The 8 shaping discs for pasta and Ravioli are easy to change out and use.

There are so many recipes for making pasta and noodles. All you need to do is measure your ingredients and add them to the pasta maker. Within minutes, fresh pasta begins extruding from the machine. I’m eager to experiment with flavors by adding herbs or vegetables to the dough recipe. I can use fresh vegetables or canned to add the desired flavor. How about fruit infused pasta, lemon or orange! The flavor possibilities are endless.

  1. This pasta machine looks easier to use than the old crank ones. I have always wanted to get one. I know Delonghi is a trusted name. I had a toaster oven of theirs and an electric heater and they both lasted a long time with heavy use. I checked out your link and the price is very reasonable. Im gonna save up my Amazon credit and bite the bullet and get one.

  2. We are big pasta eaters in our family, so having a pasta maker might be a cool gadget to have. I checked out the listing, and it seems to me as though this wouldn’t take up much room? How big is this? Do you leave it out on the counter, or do you put it away when not using it ?
